Though Rachelle has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, she cultivates a blend of therapeutic models through a trauma affirming lens to best fit her clients and their needs. She has extensive training in trauma (e.g. sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking) and crisis management. She has worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults as well as those who identify in the LGBTQIA community.
