Rachelle’s (she/her/ella) main focus is to cultivate positivity, strength, and resiliency in her clients for a healthier lifestyle and well-being. Mental wellness encompasses strengthening and balancing your mental health, physical health, and support system. To thrive, we need to focus on every aspect of ourselves – everything is connected.
Though Rachelle has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, she cultivates a blend of therapeutic models through a trauma affirming lens to best fit her clients and their needs. She has extensive training in trauma (e.g. sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking) and crisis management. She works with adolescents, teens, and adults. She has experience with Trans Care, polyamorous relationships, and the LGBTQIA community.
Rachelle provides an empathetic, collaborative, safe and nourishing space for all to increase optimism & resiliency. She encourages and normalizes mental wellness through her work as a therapist as well as in the community.
Rachelle received her Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology - Los Angeles Campus. She received her Bachelors in Psychology at California State University, Northridge.
