During the turmoil surrounding us, take the time for self-care. We are still experiencing ongoing trauma, layered with injustices and no end date. It is ok to feel unproductive, sad, anxious, confused, overwhelmed - we are missing a sense of routine.
Practicing loving-kindness is a great meditation! You are allowing yourself to send kindness your way and to others. It may feel awkward sending love to yourself or others, and that's alright. Be open to receiving love and compassion.
